Creamy Caesar Dressing

1 1/2 cup mayo (I use Hellmans)
2 Tbsp mustard
1/2 tsp worcestershire
2-3 Tbsp lemon juice
3-4 cloves garlic
1/4 cup olive oil
5 Tbsp milk (or more if still too thick)
1/4 cup parmesan
freshly ground black pepper to taste

Put all ingredients in a bowl, whisk. What I would do is make this with only 2 Tbsp lemon juice and 3 cloves of garlic - then taste. If you like it more lemony or garlicky, then add the extra lemon juice and garlic.Freshly ground pepper makes a difference for this recipe.When using this dressing on a caesar salad, I like to add more parmesan on top of the salad as well.
